Delete your Start On Live account

Clear instructions for requesting account removal and understanding how your data is handled.

Use the steps below on the website or mobile app to submit your deletion request. Personal data is permanently erased within 30 days, while legally required transaction records are retained.

How to request deletion

On startonlive.com

  1. Sign in to your Start On Live account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete my account and confirm.

In the Start On Live app

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Go to Personal Information.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your account so we can verify ownership and process the deletion.

What happens after you submit the request

  • Your account access is disabled as soon as the request is confirmed.
  • Personal data linked to your profile is queued for permanent deletion within 30 days.
  • Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle; deleted data does not return after the 30-day window.

Data deleted vs. retained

Deleted within 30 days

  • Account credentials, profile information, and preferences.
  • Saved settings and personalization data tied to your profile.
  • Non-transactional content that can be unlinked from your account.

Retained for legal obligations

  • Transaction records, invoices, and payment or payout history needed for accounting, audit, or regulatory reasons.
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and compliance logs kept only for the legally required retention period.

Once those obligations end, we remove or anonymize the remaining records.
